Natalia Blagoeva  — The Human Advantage

Exploring How We Thrive in the Age of AI & Reenchant Life Through Intuitive Encounters with Reality

Free Self-Guided
Mini Intuitive Practices

Based on Systemic Constellations
and Other Systemic Practices

Sometimes, when we cannot see a way forward, we may simply need another opening to look through. Explore these free self-guided practices to reframe difficult situations, discover different perspectives, become curious about what else might be possible, and perhaps reenchant your relationship with life along the way.

I was inspired to name these practices by the ancient Greek word kairos (καιρός), meaning the right, critical, or opportune moment— the particular moment when the conditions are there for something to happen.

There is something about this idea that speaks deeply to how I experience intuition. It is something more powerful than rational solution-seeking or planning, and, in general, than the need to know the whole path ahead. What matters more is becoming present to this particular moment and noticing what might become available from here. And in my experience, that something has a magic, immediacy, and intimacy that planning never carries.

I use KAIROS as an acronym for these six different openings, focused on Kismet, Addictions, Ideals & Values, Repeating Patterns, Opposites & Triggers, and Stories & Narratives. Scroll down to read about them.

Preparation for all Self-guided Systemic Practices.

1

Preparation for All Self-Guides Practices

Before beginning, take a few moments to quiet the noise around and within you. This short preparation invites you to become more present and receptive to what you notice, rather than immediately searching for an answer or sticking to what you already know.

2

Preparation for Self-Guided Systemic Constellation

A simple way of bringing the different elements of a question into space, so you can encounter the situation from somewhere other than your usual perspective and become curious about what emerges.

The practices are available free to members. Sign in or create a free account to read the instructions and follow them to prepare for one of the self-guided systemic intuitive experiences described as KAIROS below.

Each practice invites you to tap into your intuition, and become curious about what you may notice when you open to that.

Choose the opening that resonates most deeply right now. There is no right order and no need to explore all six.

Come back whenever life serves you something that calls for another look or an intuitive insight.

Perhaps this is part of the magic of kairos itself: we don't necessarily know beforehand which opening will reveal something. We meet the moment that is here and see what new possibilities become available. And somewhere along the way, we reenchant our relationship with life itself.

Kismet

Explore a situation, question, relationship or endeavor that feels significant, and open to possibilities that may emerge if you allow yourself, for a moment, to be guided by what feels intuitively right and divinely guided.

Repeating Patterns

Explore something you repeatedly find yourself doing, reaching for, or experiencing, including habits, compulsions, or addictions, and become curious about what keeps repeating, what it may be entangled with, and what might become possible when something in the pattern moves.

abundance

Abundance & Success

Explore your relationship with receiving, taking, having and in general abundance and success, and become curious about what may be holding you back from fully receiving what is available to you and taking your rightful place in the flow of life and its abundance.

Opposites & Triggers

Explore a person, position, quality, or behavior that strongly triggers you—and become curious about what may lie behind your reaction and what might become visible when you give the opposite perspective a place.

Ideals & Values

Explore the ideals and values that guide your choices, and become curious about what you may be loyal to through them, what or whom may have been excluded, and what becomes possible when you give a place to what has been left out.

Stories & Narratives

Take a familiar story you tell about yourself, another person, or what happened—and become curious about what else might become visible when the story you know is no longer the only opening through which you look.
