My professional life has crossed industries, cultures, countries, and very different kinds of organizations, from multinational corporations to educational institutions, NGOs, communities, and entrepreneurial environments. I hold a Doctor of Business Administration, an Executive MBA, and a Master's degree in Automatics. My professional training and certifications span leadership and culture, learning and development, management consulting, systemic coaching, and Family and Systemic Constellations. My systemic constellation training included learning with teachers such as Martijn Meima, a leading European expert on intuition, and Marina Toledo, founder of the Hellinger Institute in Canada and a student of Bert Hellinger.

Increasingly, I don't think of these as separate qualifications or identities. They are different windows through which I have learned to look. The engineer in me wants to understand how things work. The executive has a vision for the future but also understands the constraints we live within. The educator remains fascinated by how humans learn. The changemaker understands how change happens for humans and within social systems. The systemic practitioner has learned not to assume that things can be understood through analysis alone. And the researcher in me keeps asking: What else are we not seeing?
