CRITICAL HUMAN COMPETENCIES
IN THE AGE OF AI

Our existing perceptions and narratives shape far more than we realize. They shape what we consider possible. The choices we notice. The questions we ask. What we learn from our experiences. How we understand ourselves and others. What we create. And ultimately, how we live, thrive, and make a difference  in the age of AI.

Whether you are an organizational or comminity leader, a coach, a parent or someone else guiding people in some capacity, you have the unique opportunity to make a difference in their lives by learning how to nurture their intuitive capacities and how to lead Intuitive Encounters.

LEVEL 1:
WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS

Level 1  focuses on introduction and then learning how to create and facilitate an Intuitive Encounter for one person.

You will learn how to move from a question or situation someone brings into an experiential inquiry, identify and represent relevant elements, and use objects, placeholders, positions, perspectives, and movement to explore what may not become visible through conversation and analysis alone.

A central part of the training is learning to work  phenomenologically: beginning from I don't know, noticing before interpreting, distinguishing what is actually experienced from the meaning we give it, and allowing the encounter to develop without deciding beforehand where it should lead.

We will explore how to formulate and introduce an encounter, choose elements without overdetermining the inquiry, work openly or blind, invite movement between different positions, notice bodily sensations and intuitive impulses, introduce questions and interventions, and recognize when to follow something and when to leave it alone.

You will experience the process both as facilitator and participant, with time for practice, observation, reflection, and discussion of what happened. We will work with representative perception, open and blind constellations, different positions within a system, emerging movements, excluded or overlooked perspectives, tensions between different parts of a system, and questions about what may be trying to emerge.

We will also explore the facilitator's own position within the inquiry: how our assumptions, values, loyalties, and preferred outcomes can influence what we see, and how to remain open to information that challenges our existing understanding of the situation.

The emphasis throughout Level 1 is not on learning a fixed method. It is on developing the capacity to create and hold an inquiry in which both you and the other person can notice what becomes available without needing to know beforehand what you are looking for.

LEVEL 2:
WORKING WITH GROUPS, ORGANIZATIONS, COMMUNITIES & AT SOCIETAL LEVEL

Level 2 focuses on learning how to create and facilitate Intuitive Encounters with organizational and societal questions and systems.

Instead of beginning primarily with an individual's personal question, we will explore an organization, team, community, social issue, stakeholder system, strategic question, conflict, change, or emerging possibility. Representatives can stand for people and groups, but also for functions, organizations, customers, countries, resources, goals, tensions, competing perspectives, the future, or something that has not yet been recognized.

We will explore how to translate complex organizational and societal questions into an experiential systemic inquiry: how to decide what to represent, work with multiple perspectives and stakeholders, notice relationships and patterns across the larger system, and allow unexpected information and possibilities to emerge without reducing the inquiry too quickly to familiar explanations.

Particular attention will be given to working with complexity and not knowing. In organizational and societal systems, there may be no single person who holds the whole picture and no simple answer that resolves the different needs, histories, interests, and perspectives involved. The facilitator learns to hold the inquiry without deciding beforehand which perspective is right, what the system needs, or where the encounter should lead.

The training will include demonstrations, representation, facilitation practice, organizational and societal cases, observation, and reflection on what becomes visible through the process.

The emphasis in Level 2 is on learning to facilitate inquiry into complex human systems where no one holds the whole picture and to create conditions in which different perspectives, relationships, patterns, and possibilities can become visible.

After more than a decade of exploring Systemic Constellations and intuitive knowing, and 30+ years in leadership, entrepreneurial, community, and consulting roles, I remain fascinated by what becomes possible when these worlds meet. I have experienced how much becomes possible when we loosen our grip on what we think we know and become available to what we don't yet see.

I want more people to experience it, exercise these capacities in themselves, and create opportunities for others to do the same. I believe that in the age of AI, rediscovering what we humans are capable of may be one of the most important explorations of our time.
